Subscription to Investor Relations updates

If you submit contact details via our Investor Relations subscription form on Checkin.com we will process the details you provide in order for us to provide you with messages and updates as part of and in response to your subscription request, based on our legitimate interest. You may at any time terminate your subscription by contacting us at [email protected]. We will store your contact details until you terminate your subscription. We use Cision as supplier and data processor for the subscription service. After your subscription terminates we will no longer process your personal data."

How we use your information

The information we collect from you is used in order for us to respond to your requests for information, provide our services and otherwise communicate with you. Furthermore, we may use your personal details for the purposes of direct marketing or to inform you about products and services we offer which may be relevant to you. Supplying our service via our customers

When you interact with one of our customers, and the customer uses our service, our customer acts as a data controller of your data, and we act as data processor. This means that your data is processed according to the customer’s privacy policy.

Some of our customers use our user recognition software, aimed at protecting you and the customer from misuse, unauthorised use and fraud. We may process your personal details (personal contact details, device information and personal identifiers) as a data controller based on our legitimate interest to offer our customers the ability to detect or prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorised use, ultimately to the benefit of users and customers.

Prevent misuse or abuse

When you use our service via one of our customers, Google may collect your device information through Google’s reCAPTCHA service. This information is processed for the purpose of preventing abuse or misuse of services, based on our legitimate interest. Google will process this information in accordance with its terms of service and privacy policy

Processing of personal data in a third country

Your personal data is meant to be processed within the EU/EEA only but may in certain cases be transferred to, and processed in, non-EU/EEA countries. We will only accept transfer of personal data to a country outside the EEA in compliance with all applicable laws in respect of such transfer and will ensure that any sub-processor is subject to an adequacy decision taken by the EU Commission or to written agreements under the standard clauses issued by the EU Commission.
